Entrepreneurship is a lonely journey and an entrepreneur is the person who is always lonely at the top. This is the most vital and harsh truth of an entrepreneur’s life which I came to learn with passing the time. The business success depends on a lot of factors and one needs to understand that he has to move forward and somewhat may.

But, Are you aware that What am I talking about? I am talking about Entrepreneur, Entrepreneurship, Startups and Business.

Wait! I am telling you things in details, I am Ranjan Mistry, one of the youngest social entrepreneur from Bihar and there are too many like me in Bihar as well such Shashank Kumar, Irfan Alam,Rahul Samrat,Vivekanand Prasad, Rambha Jha, Sachin Kumar, Usha Jha and many more.

Basically,Entrepreneur is a person who tries to identify the problem, not only identifying it,solving the problem with an innovative solution and trying to fix it in a very impactful manner to the society. If you are thinking that they are like businessman then you may be correct but wait, there is very thin difference between an Entrepreneur and a businessman . A Businessman thinks about solving a problem and an entrepreneur thinks about solving a problem in an innovative passion and scaling it at a large set up of audience. For example, a person who sets up a Kirana Store is a businessman in retail and at the same time a person who sets up a supermarket and creates more branches is an entrepreneur. Here, a Businessman is running a business and solving a problem and at the same time an entrepreneur is solving a problem with an innovative solution and scaling up things and bringing up the same consistency in different parts of the country.

The differences between startups and business entities are many. If you understand What is a startup and what is a business entity then you will understand the difference both.As per Government,A startup defined as an entity that is headquartered in India, which was opened less than 10 years ago, and has an annual turnover less than ₹100 crore (US$14 million)But, if we go deeper in a startup most of the people are trying to do three things; first where there is a regular business, you are trying to scale it, second there is a startup who is trying to do things which out of the box and third regular things in a different way i.e., innovation. If we can see these three things, the majority of the startups are trying to fill in these three categories.

If we take up a business entity, they are trying to do regular business in a scalable manner, if we go in deeper the difference is culture. In a startup, it’s more about culture, it’s about doing things in different ways, while businesses are trying to do the same things in different processes and established manner.Startups build a process as it starts growing more and businesses go ahead with a process from day one.

If you are planning to start a startup then, Stop Worrying, What’s other think about you! Because if you keep worrying about what’s your friend think about you when leave the job, if you keep worrying about family think about when you leaves study between and you keep on thinking What’s you relative thinking about you then you never achieve success in an entrepreneurship, it’s all about perseverance, it’s all about running a marathon, it’s not sprinter at all.And when you are running a marathon, it’s all about keeping your pace as you start moving forward and an entrepreneur is a person who tries to do his journey in a small lapse and trying to maintain the momentum and trying to keep race on because where he pass the beaten from one person to another in his team and moving forward and achieving what he aspires to achieve one day.

One needs to understand when someone is Starting a startup, it’s not about starting a startup, it’s about sustaining a startup, it’s about scaling a startup which is more important because it’s the easiest things to start a startup but toughest things it to sustain and more tougher thing is to scale it.
